Using LenaDesk

LenaDesk is a tool that helps service businesses answer calls, capture, organise and respond to customer enquiries. It is an assistant — the business stays in control of every message sent to a customer.

Your responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of what they send to their customers, including any pricing. Any pricing LenaDesk drafts is indicative only; final quotes are the business’s own.

Availability

We aim to keep LenaDesk running reliably, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis during this early stage.
